Programmes & Services@mcyc - PARENTS

MCYC provides programmes and resources for parents to tap on for support in parenting children and youths.

Parenting and Family Programmes
Our staff and volunteers provide community talks to members of the public on parenting and family issues.  We also provide workshops to help parents enhance their skills to work with their children and teenagers.

Principles and approaches from the Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P) are used in our parenting programmes.

This programme was developed based on more than 20 years of research by Professor Matthew Sanders from the University of Queensland, Australia. It was introduced to Singapore in the year 2000.
